At Ventera, we strive to build a functional product that is attractive, intuitive, simple, and user-friendly by focusing on people as the core driver in our Agile UI/UX service. Our research and design process begins with understanding the needs and pain points of the people who will be using the product: the end-users. We interview and observe end-users to discover bottlenecks and frustrations in their daily tasks and activities, whether expressed or unnoticed. We see their challenges as our problems and their workarounds as our opportunities. From our user research, we create personas and use them to drive user story creation. We design solutions that solve real human issues and test them with actual users. From wireframes to interactive prototypes, we iteratively work with users to get feedback early and often. Ventera’s Agile UX/UI process ensures that we truly understand the end-users and can quickly incorporate changes to produce successful results.

Ventera Wins DHS S&T Modernization of Execution, Performance, and Invoice Consolidation (EPIC) ProjectNews
Ventera was awarded a 5-year contract by the DHS Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) for the Modernization of Execution, Performance, and Invoice Consolidation (EPIC). The total contract value is $92M if all options are exercised, and has an initial base year of $3.2M. We look forward to working with S&T to design and implement the new system and processes using modern technologies, our scaled agile methodology and user centered design.
