In August 2016 Ventera was listed #8 on the Washington Business Journal's Top Small Technology Companies.

Ventera is a multiple-year winner of the CARE (Companies As Responsive Employers) Award. The award, started in 1992, recognizes outstanding local companies – the best places to work in Northern Virginia – that provide family-friendly policies and benefits and help employees maintain a healthy work and life balance.

Ventera received a customer satisfaction rating of 1.14 out of 5 (1=Outstanding, 5=Poor) in a survey conducted by Dun & Bradstreet, the leader in assessing corporate performance.

Ventera won the National Capital Business Ethics Awards. These awards recognize businesses outside the financial services industry that exemplify "a strong commitment to business excellence and to the highest standards of civic and social responsibility, integrity and ethical conduct."

Ventera was named a 2007 SmartCEO/Grant Thornton Future 50 winner. The Future 50 program "celebrates business growth and recognizes companies and owners who are keeping the Greater Washington business climate vibrant and exciting."

Ventera Corporation has received the “My Business Cares Seal of Social Responsibility” by Greater DC Cares, Greater Washington's leading coordinator of volunteerism and corporate philanthropy.

Ventera received an IBM Innovation Award as a partner to AT&T during the 2013 IBM Information On Demand (IOD) Conference in Las Vegas, NV. This award was presented for our work with AT&T in developing integrated solutions with IBM’s Content Navigator and FileNet P8 suite of products.

The Washington Business Journal has named Ventera Corporation one of the "50 Best Places to Work In Greater Washington." This latest award recognizes Ventera’s continuing emphasis on attracting, retaining, and taking care of employees in a positive work environment.

Ventera was named on the 2013 Inc 500|5000 list of the Fastest-growing Private Companies in America.

Ventera is a multi-year recipient of the Washington Business Journal Circle of Community Investors Award, recognizing Ventera’s contributions of time and financial resources to community organizations in the Washington D.C. area.

Ventera was named to Computerworld magazine’s list of the 100 Best Places to Work in IT. Computerworld evaluates a variety of factors, including companies' retention strategies, benefits options, staff diversity, and career development plans for their IT workers.
